What is RoleOS?

RoleOS is a role architecture practice. We design the AI-native version of your most critical roles, decomposing every task, scoring it across automate, augment, and keep-human, with Strategic Moat Score as the deeper defensibility layer, and delivering a pilot-ready execution plan in 7 to 10 business days for the Role Audit, 4 weeks per role for the Full Engagement.

The service is designed for business leaders who need to transform high-leverage positions into AI-first operating systems. We design the architecture, hand you a plan built for immediate execution, and can support implementation if needed, whether through your team or ours.

Which roles does RoleOS analyze?

RoleOS focuses on high-leverage roles at the executive and director level. Head of Sales, Chief of Staff, VP of Operations, Head of Revenue, Customer Success Leaders, Marketing Directors. The work also extends into the senior operating roles inside financial services, professional services, and healthcare administration.

The ICP filter is leverage: any role where strategic judgment intersects with repeatable workflows is a strong candidate.

Who runs the engagement?

RoleOS engagements are led personally by Ahmed Rashad, the founder. Every task decomposition, scoring decision, and pilot recommendation carries his judgment, not an associate's. There is no behind-the-scenes analyst layer and no post-contract handoff.

An AI agent team built for the practice handles research, documentation, and operational work, which keeps engagements moving quickly without diluting the analysis. You are talking to the same person in week one and week three.

How much does RoleOS charge?

RoleOS offers two ways in. The Role Audit is $6,500 fixed, one role, delivered in 7 to 10 business days as a RoleOS Blueprint. The Full Engagement is the deeper track at $12,500 per role over four weeks, with a 20% multi-role discount at three or more roles, and a function-level executive brief included at no additional cost when multiple roles are scoped together.

Retained Pilot Advisory is available post-delivery at $1,800 per month on a three-month minimum. The Role Audit credits 100% against the Full Engagement if booked within 60 days, so sampling the methodology never costs extra.

Publishing pricing is intentional. Transparency upfront saves the procurement back-and-forth that traditional consulting requires before the work can begin.

How long does the RoleOS process take?

The Full Engagement runs four weeks per role from kick-off to final delivery. At the end of week four, you receive a complete AI architecture for the role and a 30-60 day pilot plan. The Role Audit lands in 7 to 10 business days for one role, delivered as a RoleOS Blueprint.

Most clients run the pilot themselves and the plan is designed for that. When yours needs a hand, RoleOS can step in to manage the rollout alongside you. Monthly Pilot Advisory sessions are also available at any point after delivery.

What deliverables does RoleOS provide?

The Full Engagement RoleOS Blueprint delivers six structured artifacts per role. A Task Decomposition that breaks the role into every cognitive and operational task. An Automation Risk Score for each task. A Strategic Moat Score for each task. An AI Wins Dashboard identifying where immediate value lives. A RoleGrid plotting every task across the three-way framework (automate, augment, keep-human) and weighted by Strategic Moat Score. And a 30-60 day Pilot Plan your team executes internally.

All six artifacts are executive-grade documents designed for immediate use.

How is RoleOS different from traditional consulting?

Unlike traditional HR consulting or McKinsey-style engagements, RoleOS operates at the intersection of product strategy and organizational design. The approach is grounded in rigorous occupational research and focuses on role architecture redesign rather than process optimization.

You receive a concrete, implementable RoleOS Blueprint, not a binder of theory. The Role Audit lands in 7 to 10 business days when one role is enough to start. The Full Engagement lands in four weeks per role when the architecture needs to go deeper. Either deliverable is designed for your people team to execute immediately.

What if our team can't execute the pilot?

Most clients run the pilot themselves, and the 30-60 day plan is designed for that. It is operationally clear and front-loaded with the decisions a competent operator already knows how to make.

When a team needs support, RoleOS can step in to help. That looks like structured Pilot Advisory sessions ($1,800 per month, three-month minimum) for guided execution, or managing the rollout directly when that is the better fit. At the end of the engagement, we tell you honestly which path makes sense.
