This page sets the basic terms for using roleos.co, score.roleos.co, and any RoleOS service. By using the site or engaging the service, you agree to these terms.
What RoleOS is
RoleOS is a role architecture consultancy operated by Ahmed Rashad, based in Boston, Massachusetts. The service designs the AI-native version of specific roles, decomposes tasks, scores them across automate, augment, and keep-human (with Strategic Moat Score as the deeper defensibility layer), and delivers an implementation-ready pilot plan.
Engagements and pricing
Standard pricing has two tiers. The Role Audit is $6,500 fixed, one role, delivered in 7 to 10 business days. The Full Engagement is $12,500 per role over four weeks per role, with a 20% multi-role discount at three or more roles. Retained Pilot Advisory is available at $1,800 per month with a three-month minimum. The Role Audit credits 100% against the Full Engagement if booked within 60 days.
Pricing is published. Final scope, deliverables, schedule, and payment terms are confirmed in a written engagement letter before work begins. Where the engagement letter conflicts with this page, the engagement letter governs.
Score My Role
Score My Role at score.roleos.co is a free, no-sign-up assessment tool. The output is a calibrated estimate of where AI can be applied to the role you describe. It is provided as-is and is not a substitute for a full RoleOS engagement. Inputs you enter are processed as described in the Privacy page.
Deliverables and ownership
You retain all rights to the information you provide about your organization, your role under analysis, and your operations.
RoleOS retains rights to its underlying methodology, scoring frameworks, templates, and any internal tooling used to deliver the engagement. The specific artifacts produced for your engagement (Task Decomposition, Automation Risk Score, Strategic Moat Score, AI Wins Dashboard, RoleGrid, Pilot Plan) are licensed to you for unlimited internal use after final delivery and full payment.
You may not resell, rebrand, or distribute RoleOS deliverables to third parties without written permission.
Confidentiality
RoleOS treats the information you share during an engagement as confidential. References to client work in case studies, posts, or public materials use anonymized language ("a global investment bank," "a Series B operations team") and remove any details that could identify the client without explicit prior consent.
You agree to keep RoleOS methodology details, scoring framework internals, and any proprietary materials shared during the engagement confidential as well.
Limitation of liability
RoleOS delivers analysis and recommendations. Decisions about how to act on that work, including any changes to staffing, role design, vendor selection, or AI implementation, are yours.
RoleOS, Ahmed Rashad, and any contractors or subcontractors involved in the work are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the deliverables. Total liability for any direct damages is capped at the fees paid for the engagement in question.
This limitation does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct conversation will be handled in the courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. If termination happens after work has begun, fees for completed work and any work already in progress are due.
The site itself remains free to access. RoleOS may modify or remove any part of the site without notice.
Changes to these terms
Material changes will be flagged on the site for at least 30 days before taking effect. The "Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
