This page explains what data RoleOS collects, how it's used, and the choices you have over it.
What RoleOS collects
Things you send directly. Contact form submissions on roleos.co (name, title, company, work email, role you'd like analyzed, and a few sentences of context). Score My Role submissions at score.roleos.co (name, title, company, optional URL, and the optional email you provide to receive your assessment). Any email or message you send to [email protected].
Things collected automatically. Cloudflare, which hosts roleos.co and score.roleos.co, records basic request metadata for security and performance: IP address, browser type, timestamp, and the page requested. RoleOS does not run cookies or trackers beyond what Cloudflare uses to serve the site.
What RoleOS does not collect. No third-party advertising trackers, no behavioral analytics scripts, no social-network pixels, no retargeting tags.
How RoleOS uses your information
Contact form submissions go to a private workspace and are used to respond to your inquiry. Nothing else.
Score My Role submissions are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate your assessment. The role-level inputs you provide are sent to Anthropic only for that purpose. RoleOS retains a record of your name, company, email, and the resulting assessment to follow up if you opted in by providing an email.
Email you send to [email protected] is read by Ahmed Rashad and any agent team members directly assisting on the engagement.
Who RoleOS shares your information with
RoleOS does not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Information is shared only with vendors processing it on RoleOS's behalf:
Anthropic - to run the Score My Role assessment when you use that tool. Google - RoleOS uses Google Workspace to store contact records. Cloudflare - the host that serves the site. These vendors are bound by their own published privacy terms.
How long RoleOS keeps your information
Contact and assessment records are kept for as long as the relationship is active or as long as you ask RoleOS to keep them, whichever is longer. You can ask for your record to be deleted at any time by emailing [email protected].
Your rights
You can ask RoleOS at any time to show you the information RoleOS holds about you, correct any information that is wrong, delete your information entirely, or stop using your information for anything except legal record-keeping.
Email [email protected] with the request. Ahmed responds personally within five business days.
Children
RoleOS is a business-to-business service. Information from anyone under 18 is neither solicited nor knowingly collected.
Changes to this policy
This policy is reviewed and updated as the practice evolves. The "Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the site for at least 30 days.
